Apr. 2023	- Receive booth applications from agencies and groups	Business participants may not submit applications.
May 1, 2023 onward	- Receive business applications	Requirement: Deposit the down payment in the applicant’s name. Submit both the application form and the down payment to be accepted.
Jul. 20, 2023	- Pay the remaining 50% of the participation fee	Finalize the exhibition item list.
Jul. 28, 2023 (tentative)	- Booth assignment	Assign booths for different zones and items. Booths are assigned at the exhibition’s discretion and notified via email.
Aug. 15, 2023	- Apply for additional facilities - Submit the company name (for signposts) and logo	Apply for forklifts to transport products.
Sep. 15, 2023	- Submit the sales booth operation personnel list	Entry control (disease prevention / name tags)
Sep. 15, 2023	- Submit the task report for standalone booths	Service provider
Oct. 10–11, 2023	- Exhibit transportation	A separate discussion is required for the transportation of large/heavyweight exhibits
Oct. 12, 2023	- 2023 IAE begins
Oct. 22, 2023	- 2023 IAE ends - Exhibit removal (18:00–21:00)	Apply for forklifts for exhibition removal, if required.
Oct. 23, 2023	- Removal complete - Remove standalone booths
